Green Sharara set for Mehendi

For the mehendi ceremony, Kajal stuck to the traditions and wore green but her choice of outfit was out of every contemporary bride’s fashion dreams. She wore a Anita Dongre number, a mint green sharara set featuring a sleeveless kurta with dainty straps and floral print, flared sharara pants and a dupatta with similar print. She paired the look with big golden jhumkas again by Anita Dongre and embellished juttis. The outfit looked so fuss-free and pretty on the happy bride-to-be.

She picked a yellow kurta set for her haldi, obviously but here’s the thing. The kurta set didn’t come with heavy embroidery, neither it was painfully simple and boring. In fact, it was a sunny yellow kurta with pink bottoms and a light dupatta and had the cutest little details on the kurta. Did anyone else notice the tiny bird motifs on her kurta? So cute! She completed the haldi look with beautiful floral jewellery including a matha patti, flower garland and a hand harness. The whole look was so fresh and natural and stood out without being too OTT.

On her D-day, Kajal stepped out in the morning wearing this gorgeous pink salwar suit that featured a relaxed fit kurta with minimal embroidery, sheer statement sleeves and a mint green dupatta with colourful tassels hanging from the hemline. This too was a very easy-breezy bridal look and what we love is the gorgeous shade of pink and those tassels. She was headed to the wedding venue and her look wasn’t too high on glam but if you fashion minimalist bride, taking notes, you might want to screenshot this look for one of your wedding ceremonies.
