WHO IS AISHWARYAA RAJINIKANTH?
Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth and Dhanush announced their divorce after 18 years of marriage. They did not reveal the reason behind their separation but requested privacy. Aishwarya Rajinikanth is the elder daughter of the south superstar, Rajinikanth and Latha Rangchari. She also has a younger Soundarya Rajinikanth.

On 18 November 2004, Aishwaryaa married Dhanush at a young age. The ex-couple have two kids together – Yatra, who was born in 2006 and Linga, who was born in 2010.

AISHWARYAA’S PROFESSIONAL LIFE
Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth is a well-known filmmaker and playback singer of the South Indian film industry. She made her debut in the Tamil film industry as a playback singer with the unreleased film Ramanaa. She sang the song ‘Natpe Natpe’ for the film Whistle along with Silambarasan. In August 2011, she announced her directorial debut with the film 3 starring Dhanush and Shruti Haasan. She was also a judge on the dance competition Jodi Number One alongside actors Sangeetha and Jeeva. Aishwaryaa also sang the song ‘Un Mela Aasadhan’ for the film Aayirathil Oruvan, in which she also worked as an assistant director.

In August 2016, Aishwarya was selected as India’s goodwill ambassador for the UN Women organization to promote gender equality. In December 2016, she unveiled her memoir titled Standing on An Apple Box: The Story of A Girl Among the Stars. In her memoir, she talked about her life as the daughter of superstar Rajinikanth, her career choices, and her marriage.
