Palak Purswani announced her split from ex Avinash Sachdev. She said that she now wants to focus on self-love, career and family. She said that the restaurant they owned together was going to be shut before the breakup so that will remain unaffected. Palak also opened up about the breakup without dwelling on the reason too much. She said, “… certain things are non-negotiable for me and those are not acceptable to me. Respect and loyalty come first in my life, even before love,” according to sources. Palak also said that “I don’t want to get into the details because I respect the four years that we have had together. All I know is that I am in a much better space now. I have forgiven him for something he never apologised for!”
Avinash Sachdev also opened up regarding the breakup. In a recent interview, he said that the topic is old and has been done and dusted for him. He refused to comment on what Palak Purswani said and claimed that she is entitled to her perspective regarding the situation. He said that there 2 sides to every coin and, “Taali kabhi ek haath se nahi bajti.” Avinash Sachdev also stated, “A toxic relationship is never good for anyone. Be it a romantic relationship with your partner or any other bond, it can never be good,” according to reports.
