‘The Lord Of The Rings: The Rings Of Power’ Teaser: Our Favourite Characters Are Back And So Is An Ominous Threat

The Lord Of The Rings fantasy films and books are a cult classic phenomenon in popular culture. The characters and dialogues have stuck with the fans even after so many years of the franchise’s release. This franchise is now being adapted into a series after the huge and raging success of its films. The series is titled The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power and it is created by JD Payne and Patrick McKay. The series is going to be set thousands of years before the events of The Hobbit took place. Fans have been waiting to get an update on the series ever since it was announced. In what comes as a surprise for the fans, a teaser clip was released on July 6, 2022.

LOTR Series Teaser

The 15-second video clip began with a comet searing through the sky and several characters watching as it travels. Several characters located at different places all catch hold of this cosmic phenomenon and all have ominous expressions on their faces. It appears a piece of bad news is in store for the fans. The teaser trailer of this series was released four months ago that gave us a glimpse of the dangers that will unleash their forces on middle Earth. The cast of this fantasy series includes Robert Aramayo, Nazanin Boniadi, Owain Arthur, Maxim Baldry, Morfydd Clark.

Amazon Prime Video bought the rights to adapt the books into the series for $250 million with a commitment to make five seasons of the show. The first season will have eight seasons and has been shot in New Zealand where all the live-action scenes from the movies were shot. The series will release on September 2, 2022.
