We are living in a world where most people are legit frustrated. It’s either we don’t have a work-life balance or we do not know how to manage frustration and anger. The latter still is much easier to achieve and we have to find our own ways to deal with it. Many of us channel it by reading a book to make us feel calm or maybe just watch a movie. I hope none of us like to break glass items to deal with it though! However, actor Sunny Leone has also given us a productive way to deal with frustration through an interesting video. No, she is not talking about it, but rather has practically shown it.

On August 2, Tuesday, Sunny posted a video on her social media account. In the video, Sunny can be seen hitting a log with a machete. And well, Sunny has put all her energy into doing so. It’s a short video in which Sunny continuously hits the log with a machete three to four times. She can be seen wearing blue denim, a light blue tank top, and a blue jacket. To cut the monotony of the look, she paired it with yellow shows and all in all, donned a very sporty look! For the caption, the actor wrote “When you’re frustrated” and further wrote, “I hit in the center too, I am cool.” Sunny Leone also added a postscript to the caption in which she stated that no trees were hurt during the making of the video.
