Malayalam Actor Sreejith Arrested Under POCSO Act Second Time For Flashing Minor Girls
A lot of celebs have been making headlines due to run-ins with the law enforced. And no, I’m not just talking about Bollywood’s constant appearance at the NCB office. I am also referring to the Malayalam actor Sreejith. So why he is in the news again? Well, because he was recently arrested by the police in a sexual abuse case that involved minors. And what is even more disturbing is the fact that this is not even his first arrest in such a case. Yep, Sreejith which previously arrested by Ottappalam police in a sexual abuse case in 2016. Back then, he was arrested for flashing private parts at a group of school-going girls. And now once again he did a similar thing in front of two minor girls in a park. This is truly disgusting.
On Thursday, Malayalam actor Sreejith was arrested in Thrissur, Kerala for flashing his private parts at two minor girls – aged 9 and 14 – at SN Park. It was after these minor girls went to the police on Monday and told them about the incident, did they start an investigation.

As per the reports, the police arrested Sreejith for flashing his private parts at minor girls under the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act, 2012. The arrest came after the police saw CCTV footage that confirmed the man who sexually abused the minor girls was the actor.

This is not the first time he was arrested by the police. Back in 2016, he was accused of not only flashing his private parts at a group of school-going girls but also accused of taking their photographs. The police arrested him under the POCSO Act after a complaint was filed against Sreejith by the school principal based on the statements given by 15 students. It was after the students identified him that was he arrested.
