‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ Producer Amy Pascal Advised Tom Holland And Zendaya To Not Date Each Other. What?!

If you’re anything like me, it is very easy for you to get fixated on stuff and equally as difficult for you to move on from newfound obsessions. And if you read my post gushing over Tom Holland and Zendaya from Friday, you’d know that while their relationship makes me feel single AF, I cannot help but be obsessed with them. So I was super amused to see this statement by Spider-Man: No Way Home producer Amy Pascal.

I think by now everyone knows about Tom Holland and Zendaya’s relationship.  While they haven’t said much about it, it is safe to assume that they have been together for a while now. Amy Pascal spoke about the young couple in a recent interview and what wisdom she imparted upon them when they started shooting together. In an interview with The New York Times, Pascal spoke about Tom and Zendaya’s relationship and seems like she did her best in trying to explain the complications of dating co-star “I took Tom and Zendaya aside, separately, when we first cast them and gave them a lecture. Don’t go there…just don’t. Try not to,” Amy Pascal said. 

She also gave the same advice to Amazing Spider-Man and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 co-stars, Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone. “I gave the same advice to Andrew and Emma. It can just complicate things, you know?” said Amy Pascal. Clearly, despite her advice, all 4 of them went with what they wanted to do.

Well, what can be said? The heart wants what the heart wants. Okay, I see how cheesy that is. Anyway, my little Tom Holland and Zendaya loving heart is actually pleased that they went with what they wanted. It gave us a wholesome couple to ship and the world romantic standards very few of us will achieve.
