She strongly voices her opinions on women’s representation and calls out people from the industry for promoting misogynistic ideas and even actors for portraying such roles. To this, she said that Vishal told her to organise a “women’s festival”. Mohapatra is so miffed by this response and has slammed Dadlani for his views. She went on to say that women now need to be put in a ‘ghetto’ or those female artists need to have a ‘women’s’ quota to perform on the stage. She also went on to ask that if that is the case, then which India are we living in.
