‘She-Hulk’ Ep 3: MCU’s Classy Response To The People Who Troll Female Superheroes Is Savage AF!
Today was the fabulous day that brought us the third episode of She-Hulk: Attorney At Law. I genuinely believe that this has proved to be one of the most exciting episodes of She-Hulk: Attorney At Law yet. It goes a step ahead because we see Jen in action not only as She-Hulk but also, as a lawyer for the superhero division. Furthermore, we also had a list of exciting cameos from Emil Blonksky a.k.a Abomination, Sorcerer Supreme Wong and the fabulous Megan Thee Stallion in this episode. In addition to that, the hilarious post-credits scene also made this episode, all the more amazing.
But, according to me, what makes this episode of She-Hulk: Attorney At Law extra special is the fact that MCU has communicated with the audience as a whole, through the same. They used this episode to give a subtle response to the trolls who have been trolling MCU for focusing on representation as a major factor.
So, What Was This Subtle Response?
The third episode of She-Hulk: Attorney At Law focussed on the fact that She-Hulk ends up trending on the internet. But, along with a positive response, this also brings with it, a parade of negativity from the trolls. Furthermore, we see a bunch of negative comments about how not everything has to have female involvement.

We also end up seeing a video where a guy pleads with female heroes to find their own identity and not steal from the OG male heroes. But, She-Hulk’s response to all of this chaos is not give a care in the world about it. Even when her best friend suggests that she should control the narrative, she smiles about it, ignores the whole deal and continues to do her job first, even in the face of chaos.
Then, when she dares to defend Abomination with pure passion as a lawyer, she gets called a monster. Someone even leaves a note on her car saying, ‘A monster is defending a monster’. But, she manages to focus on creating perfection and wins the case, that’s an amazing level of focus. Isn’t it?
Decoding MCU’s Response In The Episode
According to me, this is the perfect, savage yet subtle response that Marvel could’ve given to all the trolls. Marvel goes on to show everyone that even with all the negativity and chaos about representation and female superheroes, they choose to continue to focus on their work. The current phase of MCU shall remain laden with representation and empowerment of female superheroes no matter what the trolls say.
Their dumb moves do not frighten MCU and much like Jen, they will remain focused on their plan and achieve success because the rest of the world is on their side. Gotta love how Marvel has managed to do this, huh? Now, we sincerely hope that this move from MCU delivers the intended message to the trolls. We a totally in support of this savage move by MCU.
