They congratulated the crew and cast of Jug Jug Jeeyo and mentioned how absolutely heart-warming, tear-jerking and laughter-inducing the movie is.

The film reportedly brings back the familiar Big Fat Punjabi Wedding bandwagon and unleashes a flash of laughter riots with wedding Dhoom-Dhadaka and a little window into the real, spiky and messy nature of authentic Indian families.
Jug Jug Jeeyo reportedly, has the same tone and texture as Raj Mehta’s debut film as it deals with two couples labouring to keep their marriage intact although the members of the extended family lose no opportunity to remind the younger married woman, much to her consternation, that it is time for her to become a mother.
