Raveena Tandon recently opened up about when she stood up for Aishwarya Rai Bachchan when they were fat-shamed.
In an interview, Raveena Tandon opened up about how she and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan were fat-shamed after giving birth and getting back to work. She said that when Aishwarya was fat shamed, Raveena stood up for her and clarified that the former just had a baby.

Additionally, Raveena Tandon clapped back at a journalist who said she’s become very fat and that she used to look so much better; the journalist pointed out that she is now more into reality shows too. In the interview, Raveena also talked about the success of her most recent film, KGF: Chapter 2. The movie was a hit pan-India despite being a Kannada movie. Raveena said that this is an exciting time for the industry as all parts of the country have started coming together in theatres to watch films. She further said that the pandemic had shut down theatres and the economy. However, movies like RRR, KGF or Bahubali are meant to be watched in theatres for the full experience and not OTT platforms.
