Ranveer Singh Is Both The Art And Artist As He Poses Naked For A Magazine Shoot
Actor Ranveer Singh’s energy is unmatched and so is his sense of fashion. Being one of the very few, or perhaps only names in Bollywood, to break the toxic idea of masculinity, Ranveer is often congratulated for his rather maximalist approach to both fashion and life. While the actor does a lot of things that tend to break the internet, this freshly-baked news is the newly crowned winner. Last night, Ranveer Singh had us all in shock, as he posed naked for the Paper Magazine. Yes, that’s correct. Lying on the spectacular rugs of Jaipur, the actor stared straight through the pictures.

In a conversation with the New York City-based magazine, the actor ripped off every layer, quite literally. Speaking about the persona that makes the man that he is, Ranveer spoke candidly about his larger-than-life sartorial decisions. Emphasising on this, the actor said, ” I work fucking hard. I want to wear nice shit…I will fucking buy Gucci, I will wear it from head to toe. Anybody who judges me can eat my fucking ass.” Well, that’s the attitude we hope to imbibe one day.

Talking about the pictures that had both men and women gasping for air, Ranveer really surprised us with this one. In a series of pictures, we spot the actor posing in black briefs, as he turns into an artiste’s subject in the next. In no time, every image found love on every mobile screen. With people hurriedly sharing their views and expressing their shock, many also came forward to compare the pictures with actor Burt Reynolds’ iconic 1972 nude photoshoot for Cosmopolitan magazine. Burt was the first-male star to take the biggest spot on the magazine’s cover and posed naked. Reviving the essence of it, Ranveer did a fab job.

Talking about nakedness in general, the actor opened up and said, “I can be naked in front of a thousand people… It’s just that they get uncomfortable.” He further talked about baring it all for the big screen, with performances that allow the audience to have a wider and clearer view of his soul. Interestingly the actor also talked about the conscious separation between his public and private life. With spaces that aren’t as much a public affair, as he himself, Ranveer explained the idea of owning a space that is free of eyes.

Reacting to the pictures, fans also quipped, as they welcomed model/actor Milind Soman’s naked running by the beach pictures. Well, whatever that may be, we think Ranveer delivered a Christmas gift, much in advance.
