Randeep Hooda Pens Down Heartfelt Note For Sarabjit Singh’s Sister, Dalbir Kaur After Her Demise
I am someone who genuinely believes in the concept of a chosen family. And sometimes they might mean just as much as their biological family. And whenever we lose these people, it might make a huge impact on the person. Randeep Hooda is going through the same grief after the demise of Sarabjit Singh’s sister, Dalbir Kaur. He penned down a heartfelt note for her where he expressed his love and respect for her.
Randeep Hooda resorted to social media to express his grief over the death of Sarabjit Singh’s sister Dalbir Kaur. Dalbir Kaur died on June 26 in Punjab as a result of a heart attack. Randeep also attended her funeral in her hometown of Bhikhiwind, near Amritsar. Randeep played Sarabjit Singh in the 2016 biopic Sarbjit for the uninitiated. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan played his sister Dalbir Kaur in the film.

Randeep posted a photo of himself with Dalbir Kaur on his Twitter account. He also wrote an emotional letter honouring her, with whom he had built a close link. He said that the last thing she said to him was invite him to her house. He further added that nobody could have predicted that Dalbir Kaur would leave us so soon and that she was a warrior, childlike, clever, and passionate about everything she touched. Randeep further added that she battled a system, a country, its people, and herself in order to preserve her beloved brother Sarbjit. Randeep said that he was extremely lucky to have her love and blessings.

Randeep also recalled meeting her while working on a film for Sarbjit. He reminisced that the last time they met was in the fields of Punjab where we had built an Indo-Pak boundary.” It was a chilly and cloudy late November night, but she didn’t mind. She was relieved that we were on the same side of the border. He said that he considers himself quite fortunate. Randeep then regretted not having enough time with her. Randeep ended the note by saying, “I miss you and I shall always cherish your love and blessings. Om Shanti,”. Randeep ended the note in this manner.
