Ranbir Kapoor Wants This Matching Tattoo With Alia Bhatt And We Think It’s Cute!
We all are aware of Ranbir Kapoor’s obsession with the number 8. And for those who didn’t know, Alia Bhatt’s Instagram account will help you with that. From his football jersey to the number of his cars, Ranbir’s love for this special digit is at times bigger than his prem for Alia. But did y’all know, why is the Shamshera actor, so obsessed with the number 8? Well, he has finally revealed the reasons.
In conversation with Mashable India, Ranbir revealed that there is no superstition attached to it. Putting the secret out in the open, Ranbir shares “My mother’s birthday is on the 8th. It is just a number that I connected with and I like the way it looked. It is also infinity, all my cars are number 8, my jersey is number 8 and I just like something about the number.” He further adds, “I am fortunate that even Alia loves that number, so both of us are contemplating to even getting a tattoo of the number 8, at some point in our life.”

Well, we hope they do get that tattoo soon. While Alia and Ranbir’s love story started on the sets of Brahmāstra, the rumours about this hush-hush romance surfaced, when Alia chose to display her growing love for this particular number. Spilling hints, Alia was often seen wearing Ranbir’s football jersey with the number 8, a custom-made ring with the digit and even sporting the number on her wedding day, with customised kaleeeras. Showcasing the significance of this digit in their lives, Alia also captioned her pregnancy announcement post, using the number 8 or the infinity sign, as she wrote, “Our baby ….. coming soon ♾” Isn’t it cute.
