So imagine my shock when I hear the news that Rakhi Sawant is going to join politics! Yes, she quite literally said that during her recent media interaction, and from the looks of it, she sounded pretty serious! To give a little background about it, BJP MP Hema Malini threw a subtle shade at Rakhi Sawant when she was asked about the rumours that Kangana Ranaut will contest elections for BJP’s Mathura seat. To this, the veteran actress said that if people only want film stars, then soon Rakhi Sawant will also join politics!

But it appears that Rakhi Sawant has taken that comment into her stride. So, when she was asked by the paparazzi about it, she said that she had been meaning to make his announcement but since it is out already, she might as well confirm it. She went on to say that PM Narendra Modjiji and Home Minister Amit Shah were going to make his huge announcement but instead, her darling and dream girl, Hema Malini broke this news.
Elaborating more, she said that she will contest elections, and is going to be ‘Smriti Irani part 2’. Furthermore, she asked her fans if n they will support her and also thanked Hema Malini for sharing this big news about her!
