‘Obi-Wan Kenobi’ Trailer: Moses Ingram As Ruthlessly Ambitious Inquisitor Reva Will Be A Treat To Watch

All the Star Wars fans in the house make some noise! Well, your wait of 17 years is finally over and that is all thanks to the Disney+ Hotstar series Obi-Wan Kenobi. Yep, as you might have guessed already, Ewan McGregor is returning to the franchise as Jedi Master Obi-Wan in the upcoming series, the trailer for which just dropped. As much as I would hate to take the limelight away from him, I will have to. Why? Well, because Moses Ingram is the new villain and I can’t keep calm. Yep, Moses Ingram plays the role of Inquisitor Reva who sides with Darth Vader and Grand Inquisitor.

In the Obi-Wan Kenobi trailer that just dropped, Moses Ingram can be seen playing the character of Inquisitor Reva who shares traits with Darth Vader and Grand Inquisitor. However, so far she hasn’t been seen picking up the lightsaber but I have no doubt that we will see the flash of the red blade soon enough.

When speaking about her character – Inquisitor Reva, Moses Ingram said that her character, Darth Vader, and Grand Inquisitor – all share the “common dark-side goal” and that all of them are on the same team.

In fact, the director, Deborah Chow, and writer, Joby Herold, of Obi-Wan Kenobi described Inquisitor Reva (played by Moses Ingram) as “ruthlessly ambitious”. Along with her character, even Obi-Wan (played by Ewan McGregor) will be seen in a new light. Speaking about his character in an interview, the actor said, “We find Obi-Wan at the beginning of our story rather broken, and faithless, and beaten, somewhat given up.”
