Her demise on February 6th, 2022, left the entire nation mourning. And in that nation was the film industry that is now incomplete without her presence. Lata Mangeshkar was rightly called the nightingale of India. She had a voice like no other and she lived a life like no other either. The legendary singer ruled the country and Bollywood unlike any other singer or even celeb. Lata Mangeshkar is one of those who not only touched souls with her voice but also inspired many young singers – especially women – to pursue their musical dreams.
