‘KWK’ S7: Kareena Discusses Her Family Dynamics With Saif’s Kids, Aamir Regrets Prioritising Work Over Family
Koffee With Karan is the talk of the town. With new, juicy and exciting episodes releasing every walk, people cannot wait for Thursday anymore. Because everyone wants to be sprawled across their own couches, waiting for some beans to spill. And I was particularly excited about this week’s episode featuring Kareena Kapoor and Aamir Khan. The duo rocked their time on the show and talked about their families and family equations.
Both of the stars talked about their own “modern” families during the episode. For her relationship with Saif Ali Khan’s children Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan from his former marriage to Amrita Singh, host Karan Johar lauded Kareena. He said Sara Ali Khan has been a huge Kareena fan since she was a young girl, and she especially adores her iconic character Poo from K3G.
Kareena recalled meeting Sara Ali Khan and Amrita Singh at the K3G tryouts. The actor revealed that Sara was hiding behind her mother during the K3G trials. Amrita her approached her saying that Sara really wants a picture with Kareena because she adores ‘You Are My Soniya’. She also questioned expressed her surprise at why her relationship with Sara and Abraham is frequently discussed, She said that they are family and that is all there is to it. She also stated that Said Ali Khan’s priorities are his children.

Kareena went on to say that juggling family relationships is not difficult. The actress added that Sara and Saif travel on vacations together and that he always lets her know if he needs an hour or two to himself or with his daughter, Sara.
Aamir Khan also spoke bout his equation with his family. He discussed his relationship with his ex-wives Kiran Rao and Reena Dutta. He said they all have weekly gatherings and there is a lot of “care, love and respect” towards each other.

Aamir also talked about his regrets for not spending enough time with his family. He said that he went through a lot of introspection in covid. He said that he began working when he turned 18 years old. He said that now at 57, he feels like he neglected them over his work. Aamir said that he believes he has changed over the past three months. His relationships with his family, his children, Reena Dutta’s parents, and Kiran Rao have improved significantly.
