And increasing this anticipation currently is the veteran actress from Indian cinema- Kajol who will soon be seen in a new series titled The Good Wife. The series will stream on Disney plus Hotstar but while we await that, the first look of Kajol is already here. The actress can be seen in the role of a lawyer and we are all here for that! On September 8, Thursday, Kajol shared the first look of hers from the series The Good Wife on her social media handle. The video slowly unfolds to show the entire look of the actress as the lawyer. First, the video starts with a glimpse of Kajol wearing a band that is a formal neckwear that the lawyers have to wear. It progresses to show Kajol’s eyes which was symbolic of the confidence and determination of her character in the series. As the video moves forward, we see Kajol confidently walking down a hallway, and finally, the shadow is removed from her to give us the proper look. At the end of the video, she says “ Shuru karein?” ( Shall we start?). Along with this video, in the caption, the tagline of the series The Good Wife was written and that is “Pyaar, Kanoon, Dhoka – a fight of the good wife”.

The series is being directed by Suparn Verma and will be a remake of the US series The Good Wife.
