‘HIT: The First Case’ Teaser: Rajkummar Rao’s Vikram Struggles With The Demons Of His Past As He Investigates A Missing Woman Case
Action-thriller is the perfect genre if you like power-packed dramas that keep you on the edge of your seat. And Bollywood has been serving us with some amazing action-thrillers in the last few years and there’s another one coming out soon. Rajkummar Rao and Sanya Malhotra starrer HIT: The First Case is a Hindi remake of the 2020 Telugu action-thriller with the same name. It is directed by Sailesh Kolanu, who helmed the OG film, in association with Gulshan Kumar and T-Series and Dil Raju Productions and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Dil Raju, Krishan Kumar and Kuldeep Rathore. The film is set to hit the big screens near us on July 15. And now the teaser of the film has dropped.
HIT: The First Case follows the story of a police officer, Vikram, played by Rajkummar Rao, as he investigates the case of a missing woman as he struggles with the demons of his dark past. In the teaser, Vikram can be seen divided between his work and the demons of his past. While Sanya Malhotra’s character can be heard asking Rajkummar Rao’s Vikram to leave his job, he refuses, saying that it’s the only thing keeping him sane. Check out this gritty trailer.

We just can’t wait to watch Rajkummar Rao in the avatar of an intense cop dealing with his past traumas while investigating a case. In an earlier interview with India Today, the actor spoke about working in the film and shared that he instantly connected with it and said that it’s an “engaging story” and is relevant in today’s time. He also shared that this film gave him an opportunity to explore and play characters he hasn’t played before. The film is all set to hit the theatres on July 15 and we’re bookmarking our day to watch this action drama film.
