Farhan Akhtar Is All Set To Make His Hollywood Debut With ‘Ms. Marvel’
One of the more popular and talented actors in the industry has to be Farhan Akhtar. The man can sing, act and direct! And now his talents are being recognised in Hollywood as well as the news just dropped that Farhan Akhtar will be seen in Ms. Marvel, a series by Disney +. While the details of what character he will be playing are still unrevealed, it is being said that he will be cast in a guest-starring role.
Iman Vellani is set to be seen as Kamala Khan who is the titular character of Ms. Marvel; a Muslim teen growing up in Jersey City. Kamala is an avid gamer and has a vivid and big imagination wherein she is a huge superhero fanatic, especially when it comes to Captain Marvel. However, Kamala feels like she doesn’t fit in at her school and even at her own home at times. All this, until she gets the superpowers, similar to the heroes she looks up to.
Farhan Akhtar was recently in the news after he tied the knot with Shibani Dandekar. He is also working on his upcoming release, Jee Le Zaraa which will be starring Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.

Farhan also shared a screenshot of Deadline’s news of his casting in Ms. Marvel and captioned it saying, “Grateful that the universe gifts these opportunities to grow, learn and in this case have a ton of fun while doing it.”

Earlier this year, we had also gotten the news that actor Fawad Khan was also going to be a part of the cast of Ms. Marvel which he confirmed as well. He had opened up about how wonderful his experience was working on the project. Similar to Farhan, this was Fawad’s Hollywood debut.
Ms. Marvel is set to premiere on June 8, 2022.
