Bridgerton, based on Julia Quinn’s book, was announced for the third season, and this news was broken to the fans by Lady Whistledown (Nicola Coughlan) herself. Colin and Penelope’s Love story confirmed
Yes, one of the most awaited love stories, I think. The first two seasons of Bridgerton have seen many moments of Colin (Luke Newton) and Penelope. These have been mostly about Penelope being hesitant to open up about her feelings for Colin but we all see it right? Yes, except Colin himself. This season we should expect both the characters to come out from the shadows. A foundation for both the characters and their dynamic has been made in the previous seasons, the makers plan to enhance it this season.

The Bridgerton siblings will reunite again!
Okay, so even in this season you will get to see all the brothers and sisters of the Bridgerton family. The makers believe that the charm of the show lies in the moments when the whole Bridgerton family comes together. Yes and their witty conversations, and like Eloise’s(Claudia Jessie) constant sarcasm towards the elitist nature of their society. Yes, family time is important and it looks like we’ll see more of Daphne, Anthony and Kate along with the rest of the family in this season.

Comic Love Story this season?
Is there such a thing? However, to the question of what kind of love should we expect in this season like a slow burn or intense, the makers said that Penelope and Colin bring comedy to the plot. Therefore, they plan to play with that genre in this season but would also balance it with romance. Definitely some new level. They further told that they would also go deeper into the serious side of both the characters.

A big no to body shaming
Talking to Variety, the makers said that they do not not have plans to deal with Penelope’s weight and weight loss. Since the book has a lot of references to it, the question to the makers was obvious. Glad that they totally dismissed it.
