‘Brahmāstra’ ‘Deva Deva Song’: Arijit Singh Croons Yet Another Fantastic Track. Alia, Ranbir’s Chemistry Is On Fire!
The fantasy epic film Brahmāstra is gearing for its release and the makers are keeping the buzz around the film going by dropping new videos and songs from the film one after the other. After Keseriya became a huge hit, the teaser of yet another song titled ‘Deva Deva was dropped last week. The short clip did leave the fans intruiged about it. And today, on August 8, 2022, the full song ‘Deva Deva’ has been dropped. The track is sung by Arijit Singh and Jonita Gandhi. The music for this song is composed by Pritam and the lyrics are penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya.
‘Deva Deva’ Song Out Now
The three minutes 11-seconds long video begins with Ranbir Kapoor AKA Shiva practising harnessing fire with his guru Amitabh Bachchan. He also asks why and how is he connected to the world of Astras. To this, Amitabhji responded by saying that this is because he is an Astra himself – the Agni (fire) astra. The video throughout shows Ranbir experimenting with his power over fire and how it never burns him.
He can mould fire into any shape he wants and fire just erupts from his fingertips when he concentrates on bringing the flames to life. One of the scenes in the music video is very cool where Ranbir lights all the lamp posts with just a twist of his wrist and shoots fire from his hands. The video further ahead also saw Alia Bhatt taking rounds around a pyre of fire with Ranbir while they go on to sing about their relationship. Towards the end, Ranbir is also seen bringing fire to life around him in snowy regions as well. From what appears in the video, fire also reflects his mood. When he is ecstatic, huge flames will erupt around him.
