Avatar 2: The Way Of Water First Look: Spectacular Visuals And The Sully Family

Avatar is easily one of the biggest movie phenomenon of our times. And now the sequel to the 2009 James Cameron epic sci-fi flick is giving us thirsty fan some drops of salvation. Moviegoers who drop in to watch Marvel’s Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness, releasing this Friday, will get an exclusive sneak peek into the trailer of Avatar: The Way Of Water! Vaise toh this preview has been the talk of the internet town since it dropped at the CinemaCon event for a chosen few. And if you don’t catch Mutltiverse in theatres, you too will have to remain parched for a look at the N’avi until the trailer officially drops!

Hauterrfly was lucky enough to catch the exclusive first look of Avatar: The Way Of Water before the Multiverse of Madness (review out soon), and here’s a spoiler-free first impression of what’s next for our favourite N’avi!

Avatar 2 is set more than a decade after the events of the first film. We get to see Sam Worthington as Jake Sully and Zoe Saldaña as Neyitri, with whom he starts a family. Yes, we get to see their kids in this one, who are half-human and half-N’avi. Yay our first glimpse at the Sully family! The film is going to be about how this family navigates challenges to their world.

The visuals are without a doubt, spectacular to behold! They left as wanting more! We also hear Jake Sully assure Neyitri that no matter where they go in the world, this family will always be their fortress. The original cast returns, including Sigourney Weaver, while the new one includes Kate Winslet!

Avatar: The Way Of Water is slated for a December 16, 2022 release after being delayed some eight times. And honestly, I cannot wait!
