Parag Agrawal who is the CEO of microblogging organisation Twitter, recently he is making headlines for taking a few weeks long paternity leave to welcome his second child. The news got a lot of attention and many people praised him for taking a step towards normalising fathers taking parental leave. And actress Anushka Sharma also joined the list as she posted an appreciation post for Parag Agrawal on her social media account and expressed that the concept of paternity leave should be normalised. The Pari actress shared a piece of news that highlights the CEO’s paternity leave and wrote, “About time this is normalised!” We completely agree with her!
