Indian cricketer Virat Kohli is not just admired for his exceptional abilities on the field but also for his candour and true-heartedness off the field. His fans got to see this side of his in a recent interview. In a video that was shared on Royal Challenger’s Bangalore’s Instagram handle, Virat Kohli was seen answering some fun questions, spilling some beans as well and also laughing at himself for some jokes that were cracked during the interview. Actress Anushka Sharma who has been married to Virat since 2017 has appreciated her husband’s ability to laugh at himself and was super impressed by the same as well.
The Sultan actor took to her Instagram story to share the interview. She captioned it by writing, “If you cannot laugh at yourself, you may be missing the colossal joke of the century (red heart emoji and evil eye emoji).” Take a look at the post below.
Well, if you are wondering what the joke was about, let me tell you. Mr Nags, who was taking the interview, asked Virat if he likes pets to which he replied by saying that he loves them but does not have any because he and Anushka do not have the time to take care of them. And then Mr Nags says that recently on television, everyone saw that he got two ducks. This left Virat Kohli in splits and he further went on to say that he got ‘first ball ducks’. For the unversed, the phrase ‘first ball ducks’ in cricket lingo means that he got out on the first ball itself at zero runs.
