On Thursday, T-Series released the official trailer of the much-awaited action-thriller film Anek starring Ayushmann Khurrana, Andrea Kevichusa, and Manoj Pahwa. Directed by Anubhav Sinha, the film looks at many issues faced by the people of Northeast India. In the film, Ayushmann is portraying the role of Joshua – an undercover cop who is on a mission to bring peace. Throughout the trailer, he tries to find the reason why India is divided and what it takes to identify as an Indian.

The character played by Andrea Kevichusa is the most surprising part of the whole trailer, she’s facing discrimination as she hails from the Northeast but she will do anything to achieve her goals. The trailer consists of some disturbing visuals as well but it literally reflects the world we live in and it is quite heartbreaking.
