The biggest Bollywood wedding of the year is just a few days away. Yepp, I’m talking about the big fat Bhatt-Kapoor shaadi. We’ve been hearing rumours about Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s D-day but TBH, we’re all just waiting for some confirmation. And we’re all just sick of all the new dates and info about this celeb couple’s rather hush-hush wedding. Earlier, it was being told that the duo will be tying the knot on April 17 and then the buzz said it’s April 14 but now it looks like we’ve all got the wrong dates. The current word in B-town is that Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor will be getting married on April 15 and it has a lucky number connection.

According to the latest report by Pinkvilla, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor will be tying the knot on April 15 as it has something to do with the latter’s lucky number, which BTW is 8. A source from the entertainment industry told the portal that the couple’s Mehendi function will be held on April 13 at Alia Bhatt’s Bandra home, Vaastu, followed by the Haldi and the Sangeet on April 14. The celeb couple will then get married on the intervening night of April 15 and 16 in a traditional Punjabi wedding. As per the source, if you add the date (16) with the month (4) and the year (2022), the numbers add up to 2024 and when added the it makes an 8 which is Ranbir Kapoor’s lucky number.

According to media reports, apart from their loved ones, close relatives of their families like Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Ayan Mukherjee, Karan Johar and Akansha Ranjan will be invited to Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding along with several other A-listers from B-town.
