From Makeup Room To Photoshoot, Alia Bhatt Drops BTS Of ‘Darlings’ Trailer Launch
Alia Bhatt is currently on promotion duties for her upcoming film Darlings. While she already won hearts for the recently released trailer, many were happy to watch Alia’s choice of a sunny yellow dress for the trailer launch event. With the look being her first in the maternity style series, Alia shined in a yellow, taffeta dress by label–Maison Valentino. Hinting at a lively colour play, the actress slid into a pair of hot pink platform heels.

And now, days after the actual day of the release, Ms Bhatt has dropped a special behind-the-scene of the launch on her YouTube channel. In the 1-minute, 41 seconds long video, Alia is seen getting dressed up for the big event, as she takes a seat in her bathrobe. From hair and makeup to the big photo shoot, Alia takes her fans from her makeup room to the event venue and shares a glimpse of the trailer as well. With multiple photo sessions with the cast of the film, Alia is also seen interacting with actress Neha Dhupia who hosted the entire event. Some happy snippets from the launch also share mom-to-be Alia’s discomfort with heels as she says, “I am going to change my shoes. High heels ain’t working for me.” When asked about the person who suggested the name of her production house–Eternal Sunshine, Alia mentioned, “I don’t remember. I think I only must’ve come up with it. Well, no one’s here to take credit, so I’ll only take it.”

Alia Bhatt is gearing up for the launch of her upcoming Netflix project–Darlings, which hints at an interesting take on domestic violence with a dash of dark comedy. This film is indeed special one for the actress since it is her first as a producer. Apart from Alia Bhatt, the film also stars actors Shefali Shah, Vijay Varma and Roshan Mathew.
