Aamna Sharif Opens Up About Not Being Able To Make It Big In Films, Says The Image Of A Television Actor Always Stayed!
Aamna Sharif is a well-known face in the television industry. She has been a part of very famous projects like Kasauti Zindagi Ki, Kahiin toh Hoga, and then again in Kasauti Zindagi Kay 2 with a bigger role. She has also given some great performances in the web series show Damaged 3 and Aadha Ishq. However, the actor’s career in films has been very short-lived. Aamna talked about this in one of her interviews. The actor opened up about the reasons because of why she has failed to bag more films till now. I guess the problem is faced by every other television actress.

In the interview, Aamna was asked the reason behind doing a few projects in the film industry. To which the actor said that she does not have anyone to her in films at present as she had before. Aamna further adds that she does not regret it and is glad that those films were a part of her journey. She calls Kahiin Toh Hoga her most successful venture and accepts not facing that great response in terms of films, as per the interview.

Aamna also opened up about the main reason why she did not get many films that she probably deserved to. The actor said that many roles were not offered to her because the makers felt that she has been a part of television, therefore is not fit for the role in films. She further added that this reason also made her lose many projects on the OTT platforms.

To the question of what she would like to change about her journey, Aamna said, she wished that she had her current focus and drive a few years ago. That is the only thing Aamna wishes for.
