I think when Ant-Man said to Captain America, “That’s America’s Ass” the Marvel fandom all around the world took notice of the Cap’s assets! So, when Chris Evans was announced as the Sexiest Man Alive by People Magazine, his fans collectively screamed at him being finally bestowed this title! Because the man totally deserved it! But Chris Evans broke our hearts immediately after when it was revealed that he is not single anymore! Yes, The Gray Man star is dating Alba Baptista, the 25-year-old Portuguese actress and what shocked his fans, including us, even more, is that they have been dating for a year now!

Chalo, we toh jaise taise got over it, but it looks like a fan page on Twitter has taken this news a little too much to heart! They wrote a long letter to him on Twitter wherein they wrote how Chris cheated on them by not letting them know that isn’t single anymore!
The fan page has shared the letter tagging Chris Evans, and started by writing that every time he said something, they blindly believed in it. The fan page also mentioned each instance like that angry girlfriend who remembers the exact date and occasion and uses the big guns during an argument and wrote that Chris ‘volunteered’ information about his personal life during The Gray Man press tour and “implied” that he was single, and they believed him, too!

After much ranting about how the fandom feels betrayed by him with the sudden revelation of his relationship status, they also wrote that Chris has been selling them lies and they all but believed him. Toward the end, the letter took a slightly harsh tone when they wrote that as a 41-year-old man who is looking to settle down and start a family life, he would not choose to do it with a 25-year-old woman who is just beginning her career! Uff, this one was a personal attack!

Well, we totally get the sentiments of the fans and this letter is proof of how much an actor’s life affects their fans! But we do not stand by the sarcastic tone of the letter. He may do what he wills in his life and we, as fans, have no choice but to witness it all without being snarky about it.
