She realises that she’s just a side character from a comic but decides to change her fate. During her journey, she notices a mysterious student Ha Ru (Rowoon) who keeps helping her and they both are drawn to each other. Here starts the adorable love story as they both struggle to be together but their actions create consequences.

3. Hometown Cha Cha Cha (Netflix)

City girl Yoon Hye-jin (Shin Min-ah) is an oh-so-perfect dentist who opens a clinic in a seaside village Gongjin where she meets a jack-of-all-trades Hong Du-shik (Kim Seon-ho). They are polar opposites but slowly fall in love in love as they get to know each other while moving on from their painful pasts.

Shim Cheong (Jun Ji-hyun) is a mermaid who transforms into a human to meet Heo Joon-Jae (Lee Min-ho) who is a skilled con artist. She struggles to keep her identity hidden from people while dealing with her rival Cha Shi-ah (Shin Hye-sun) who is also in love with Joon-Jae.
