Reviewed: You’re About To Get Addicted To ColourPop’s Lipsticks

Colourpop Review_Featured_Hauterfly

Be honest, how many of you spent upwards of Rs 4,000 on one Kylie Lipkit? I don’t know about you, but I’m definitely guilty. I’m not saying I regret it, I love me some Kourt K when I’m feeling rebellious. That price tag though, not so much. I’d heard a lot about ColourPop, but I thought it was yet another one of those brands people talk about a lot but isn’t available in India.

One quick scroll through the website and I couldn’t stop myself. I had 8 things in the cart and I had to really hold myself back from adding more. They ship to India (WIN!) and along with shipping, my 8 products cost me about Rs 4,000.

Their eyeshadows and liners are great, but it’s their range of lipsticks that I’m hooked on to. I got four shades: 3 mattes — Frick N’ Frack, Brink, and Poppin’ — and one satin, More Better. All 4 shades worked great with my skin tone, stayed on all day and nope, they didn’t budge even while I ate or drank. I didn’t touch them up and when I finally had to take the shade off, I spent the better half of my makeup removal routine on the lipstick.

They aren’t super dry, which makes them comfortable to wear. Each lipstick costs about Rs 400, which makes them super hard to resist.

Here’s how the shades looked on me:

And you can buy them right here:

ColourPop Brink (Rs 330 approx)

ColourPop Frick N’ Frack (Rs 400 approx)

ColourPop Poppin’ (Rs 330 approx)

ColourPop More Better (Rs 400)

P.S. I caved and ordered another 10 products soon after I got these – I’m weak, I know!
