Rashmika Mandanna Opens Up About Downsides Of Getting Laser Treatment. We Totally Feel Her

There’s an old French saying “Il faut souffrir pour être belle.” This roughly translates to ‘in beauty there is pain’. And let’s be very honest, beauty (and fashion) does come at the cost of pain. I strongly believe that you can figure out any person’s personality and taste by the footwear they wear. That’s also why I absolutely love wearing good shoes. No matter how painful it is, you will still find me standing tall in that pair of elegant-looking pumps. So yes, beauty is pain. And all of us have suffered through this pain to look pretty. Be it those beautiful heels or the kajal that burns your eyes or waxing, for that matter, we’ve seen it all and we’ve come out looking prettier. Our battle scars are as pretty as they can get. Sadly, not many of us talk about this beauty-ful pain. Recently, Shanya Kapoor had opened up about how sleek high buns can be painful and now, yet another celeb has opened up about the price they paid to look beautiful. Actor Rashmika Mandanna shared spoke up about the pain caused by laser treatment in her recent social media post.

Sharing a picture of her arm which had turned red after laser treatment, Rashmika Mandanna talked about the downsides of being an actor and the side effects of getting a laser treatment. “Any of you want to become actor for just the good part of it.. don’t. There is a lot that goes into it. For example the n number of times you have to get laser done. Damn it hurts so bad,” wrote the actress. She also added a sad sticker along with her Instagram story. We feel you, sista. We totally do.

So, many of us think that actors have an easy life (and easy money) but no one really thinks about the hours that they spend on getting their makeup done, beauty treatments and laser treatments that they have to go through. While most of us cannot even dance in our high heels for over an hour, most of the actresses stand tall in their heels for hours at end. More often than not, we see actresses wearing the bare minimum to shoot for a song or a romantic scene in extremely cold weather and several other such things that they do in order to look pretty on-screen. And let’s not forget about all the trolling and body-shaming that they put up with.

That being said, just a while ago, star kid Shanaya Kapoor had opened up about how the sleek middle-parted buns can make your head hurt. She posted a picture in the hairstyle on Instagram with a caption that read, “Not gonna lie my head was hurting but oh well #snatched.”

Oh well, beauty is pain and pain is beauty!
