The golden rule of makeup is to never apply it when you’re in a hurry. It senses your panic, I think, and application becomes a nightmare with chances of screwing up running really high! The foundation is formulated with a priming gel, which makes it long lasting. It also has a creamy base with mineral powder pigments so it sets to a matte formula. I’d strictly advice against using the foundation on skin that hasn’t been prepped with a moisturiser. It will go on patchy on dry, dehydrated skin. And really girls, good makeup starts with good skin.
The foundation goes on like a dream and offers medium but buildable coverage. Once you’ve worked in the first layer thoroughly, go ahead with a second layer for full coverage. It easily lasts up to 6 hours without fading, creasing or oxidising on my oily skin. I wouldn’t call it a true matte finish but it offers great oil control. Though there are only 7 shades available right now, most of them work well for warm undertones. Priced at Rs 1,295, this is a great product for rushed mornings and when you are on-the-go as well as for a quick touch up. The best part is even amateurs can use it with ease.
