I find it incredibly rejuvenating, especially when done before bedtime. It helps to soothe and tighten my skin, giving it a healthy glow. It’s a little self-care ritual that I truly enjoy and find beneficial for my complexion.

A. Absolutely! Currently, I’ve been using a snail mucin product. Yes, it does sound a bit peculiar, and I might not be pronouncing it perfectly. So, even though I don’t oil my hair frequently—maybe once every four to six months—I make sure to include foods rich in healthy fats in my diet. Flax seeds, almonds, and cashew nuts are some examples of nutritious choices. These healthy fats provide the essential nutrients that promote hair health and also benefit the skin. So, it’s all about incorporating these elements into my daily diet to maintain healthy and vibrant hair.
