Very often, the colour pay off on eyeshadows isn’t as good as we want them to be. Also, certain colours don’t come out very well on different complexions. Here’s an easy trick to get the most out of your eyeshadow.
After you have primed your eyelids with a primer, apply a white eye pencil all over it. Let it set for a few minutes and then apply your eyeshadow. No matter how poorly pigmented your eyeshadow is, white colour cancels out your undertone and really brings out the bright pigment. Also, this way your eyeshadow will last much longer without fading.
