I would honestly feel like a bit of a grinch if I didn’t tell you about some of the best beauty products that have landed on our desks this year. Whether it’s the game-changing lipstick that won’t leave your side through a long night of partying, a delicious fragrance that will linger in your memories, or the skincare superstars that have given us life, it’s been a great year for beauty! If there’s one product I recommend to all my friends, it’s this, the Maybelline Matte Stay Ink. With it, Maybelline has created an affordable liquid lipstick that will last through the day, whether it’s a day of eating, running errands, chugging coffee by the litre or even the apocalypse, this lippie will not budge. At all. Also I haven’t come across one person that the shade Pioneer doesn’t flatter.  It’s.The.Perfect.Red.

Honeysuckle has long been one of my absolute favourite fragrances and Jo Malone manages to capture the very essence of this quintessentially English fragrance in a sumptuous bouquet that’s balanced with the prized Davana. One whiff and I promise you’ll fall in love. The cologne is available in Jo Malone stores across India.

The Forest Essentials Ojas Age Arresting Ayurvedic Sheet Mask is the pre-party skincare quick fix that’ll make you look and feel relaxed even if you’re stressed AF. The cooling, concentrated formula packs in the best of Forest Essentials’ Ayurvedic ingredients that flood your skin with collagen to give you an instantly plumped, lifted look.

In a bid to make their products more diverse and match a wider variety of skin tones, MAC extended their line of Studio Fix foundations and also added a whole new line of superb concealers specially formulated to fit individual needs. I love how the medium coverage concealer is able to stay put through even the most intense of days. It’s truly the beauty kit must-have for selfie-ready days!

The super portable eyeshadow is easy to apply, NGL, I’ve blended this out with my fingers and the result is just as dreamy. Just apply the product on your lids in order to effortlessly spread a little sparkle wherever you go.

There’s a reason why the beauty world is fawning over Huda Kattan’s superb range of products – the Obsessions palette is a dream to work with. Oh-so-buttery, highly pigmented and flattering, this is one beauty investment that’s worth the moolah.

If you’re looking for an indulgent way to start the day, then look no further than the divinely perfumed Decléor Aromessence Neroli oil that hydrates, plumps and preps skin for makeup. The rich oil serum is perfect for those with dry skin, especially for the winter months when you’re skin wants needs extra moisture.

If you’re looking for a blinding highlighter that will make you look like a glistening, glowy goddess, then look no further than the Maybelline New York Master Chrome Highlighter. One swipe of the  highly pigmented formula is enough to make you glow to the gods! This is the only thing you need!

Korean skincare brand, Laniege is finally available in India and I am absolutely hooked to applying this sleeping lip mask every night. I wake up with plumper lips and the product magically removes any signs of cracking and lines. It’s an especially great product to prep your lips for an application of liquid lipstick.

A girl can never have too many lipsticks and MAC ensures we can collect all their best selling shades without guilt with their super cute Little MAC lipsticks – the brand calls them totally tote-able and we agree!

It’s not often that a product exceeds our sky-high expectations, but the Bobbi Brown Skin Long-Wear Foundation did just that. It has a smooth, ultra comfortable look and feel — meant to leave the wearer feeling confident AF and wanting to smile their face off!

 

The shade Broadway is the perfect balance of girly and sophisticated.  Add to it the fact that it’s high gloss, lasts for 7 days and gets you loads of compliments and you have one of our favourite nail lacquers of 2018!

The new year calls for a new fragrance, right? And Davidoff re-imagines their iconic Cool Water to create a fragrance that’s equal parts fresh, floral and flirty.
