4 Tried And Tested Beauty Treatments You Need For The Ultimate Summer Glow Up!

Summer is fun, but let’s be honest, it can be a bit much for our skin and hair. Between the heat, sweat, and sun exposure, I felt like I needed a serious refresh. So, I decided to try out four different beauty treatments across some well-loved salons and clinics to see what actually works. From deep-cleansing facials to a hair revival treatment, here’s what I experienced, and what truly made a difference in helping me feel fresh, glowing, and ready for summer.

1) Hair Revival In A Bottle

My first stop was Vous Salon, where I got a K18 hair treatment, followed by a relaxing hair wash and blow dry. If you haven’t heard of K18 yet, it’s a leave-in molecular repair hair mask that works on a deeper level than regular conditioners. I was curious to see if it could breathe life back into my dull, frizzy strands.

The stylist worked the K18 into my freshly washed hair, and after just one use, my hair felt noticeably smoother, shinier, and healthier. It was like my hair got a little reboot, soft to the touch but still full of bounce. The best part? No heaviness. Just light, happy hair.

2) Mud, Masks And Magic

Next, I headed to the Bindu Sthalekar Clinic for the Green Peel Facial, which is specially designed for oily and acne-prone skin. It started with a relaxing 10-minute face massage, followed by a cooling ice globe massage. Then they applied a mousse mud pack with vitamin C serum, letting it dry before moving on to a gentle green peel. The session ended with blackhead removal, leaving my skin super clean and refreshed. It felt like a much-needed deep cleanse, minus any irritation.

3) Hello, Glass Skin

This one felt like a mix between science and a spa day. At Luna Skin & Body Clinic, I tried their Exosome Mask Facial, and it was honestly a treat. It began with a gentle facial cleanse and a quick, uplifting massage. Then came the star: an exosome sheet mask packed with skin-regenerating ingredients, followed by a massage with ice globes (so soothing) and a session under red LED light to fight signs of ageing.

The glow I had afterwards was unreal, my skin looked hydrated, smooth, and seriously radiant. I could’ve walked out without a stitch of makeup and still felt great.

4) Oils, Vibes, And Volume

Last but definitely not least, I visited the newly opened Magic Salon, created by celebrity hair and makeup artists Nikita and Shraddha. After a hectic and tiring work week, I obviously opted for an oil massage, which honestly released so much stress and tension. Then it was followed by a soothing and so-so relaxing hair wash with a little head massage again to wash away all the buildup from my scalp. The best part about this treatment had to be the bouncy blow dry I got at the end.

So, will you be trying any of the treatments this summer season?
