As much as I love going all natural with my nail, I also totally absolutely love getting my nails done. I mean who doesn’t love those perfect gel or acrylic nails that don’t break every time you take a bit too long in the shower, right? And every single time my nail break, it’s worse than heartbreak. TBH, nail trends are the absolute best but it’s much much better when you get to take your pick of celeb-approved nail trends. Now, just the other day I broke a nail and while browsing for new nail trends, I came across all the nail trends that my fave celebs are following. And I thought, why should I alone have all the fun? So, here’s a list of all celeb approve nail trends for you to pick from when you head out to get your nails done for Christmas and New Year’s Eve!
1. All White Nails
Very Peri isn’t the only colour that trending this year. It seems like B-town celebs are in love with white. Yep, you read that right. And no, I’m not talking about a French manicure (though it’s definitely making a comeback). Well, painting your nails all white seems to be the new fad amongst the celebs. It’s not like we can miss out on the white nails that Alia Bhatt has been sporting for a while now. We’ve seen several other celebs wearing all white nails including Deepika Padukone, Shilpa Shetty and Malaika Arora.
2. Bare It All
This season we’ve seen loads of celebs bare their nails (but not really) with nude nail paint. It’s simple yet classy. If colourful nails are not your thing then you can always go with a classic nude shade like Janhvi Kapoor. Shades of nude seem to be the new favourite in tinsel town. Celebs like Elli Avram, Malavika Mohan and Malaika Arora were spotted wearing nude nails. In fact, Katrina Kaif too wore a shade of nude on her big day!
3. Solid Nails
From Sara Ali Khan to Sonakshi Sinha to Kareen Kapoor Khan, we’ve seen far too many celebs wearing solid colours on their nails. This is a great way to add a pop of colour to your entire look in an effortless manner. The best way to go about this is to pick a neutral colour. But if you’re big on adding a pop of colour then, we recommend you pick a contrasting shade to suit your look.

While we’re still gushing over Priyanka Chopra’s strapless silver sequined gown with a knee-high slit, we couldn’t help but notice her matching glittery nails. 5. French Manicure
The French tips have made a huge comeback this season. We’ve spotted many celebs including Deepika Padukone sporting this nail trend. And TBH, how can we miss out on a trend worn by Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu? But apart from the usual white French tips, colourful French tips are also a huge nail trend this season and we’ve got proof.
