Lift Your Chin
Tilt your head back and look up at the ceiling. Keep your lips closed and push your chin forward.
Chew Gum
Move your jaw as if you are chewing gum and then open your mouth wide, then close it. Repeat this several times.
Stretch Your Neck
Tilt your head to one side and bring your ear towards your shoulder. Hold for a few seconds and switch sides.
Fish Face
