1. Avoid washing your face with hot water because it strips the skin of its natural oils and moisture and dehydrates it.

2. Allow your skin to air dry after washing your face. You can pat your skin dry but leave some water to allow your skin to absorb it along with skincare products.

4. Swap your alochol-based toner with a hydrating one with ingredients like aloe vera gel and glycerin.

5. Replace your usual night cream with a heavy moisturiser which will lock the moisture in your skin and hydrate it.
