India has given the world some of the most renowned chefs, and here are the 7 chefs from our homeland who are Michelin-starred!
Vikas Khanna Hailing from Amritsar, Vikas Khanna is the owner of a restaurant called Spice Route. He has also been invited on Gordan Ramsay's show Kitchen Nightmares. Khanna was also the judge of MasterChef India season 7.
Garima Arora Garmia Arora also judged the 7th season of MasterChef India. She owns a three-story restaurant in Bangkok called Gaa. She is the first Indian female chef to be awarded the Michelin star.
Vineet Bhatia Vikas Bhatia gave a global tadka to Indian cuisines and is also the founder of Zaika in 1999. In 2001, Bhatia earned his first Michelin star.
Atul Kochhar Atul Kochhar is the first Indian chef who was awarded a Michelin star. He owns a restaurant called Tamarind in London. He also owns the place called Benares.
