Instead of applying kohl just on your lower lash line, underline your eyes with the kajal. Meaning, apply kajal below the lash line as well.

You can also apply the kohl on your upper lash line. Now, take a small fluffy brush, and start smudging the kajal all along the lash line.

Now, take a flat brush and extend the kohl of your lower lash line outward to create a wing!
