Step 1: Always remember to do your eye makeup before you do the rest of your face.

Step 2: Begin by prepping your eyes with some eyeshadow primer and do your eyeshadow before you apply your eyeliner.

Step 3: Keep your eyes open and use a pencil eyeliner to draw the wing from the outer edge of your eyes and form an angle with your eyebrow.
