She started the day off with a visit to Iskcon Temple in Juhu, seeking blessings on her special day.

Following this, she celebrated with a party that was attended by her family and friends.

For the occasion, Hema wore a pink saree with a matching blouse and a beyond beautiful necklace.

The party was attended by Esha Deol, Rekha, Jeetendra, Madhoo, Sanjay Khan, his wife Zarine Khan, Pankaj Dheer, and Ramesh Sippy, among many others.

She posted two pictures with Rekha and captioned it, “With my dearest friend Rekha who dropped by at home on my birthday to make me feel special.”

She also shared a special picture with her husband Dharmendra with the caption, "Always lovely to be with my Dharam ji on my birthday."
