Jiah Khan's Case Facts And Details.
Jiah Khan died by suicide on June 3, 2013. She hung herself from the ceiling fan in her Juhu house.
Jiah's sister found a six-page long suicide note which was allegedly addressed to Sooraj Pancholi.
Sooraj was arrested by the Mumbai Police but was granted bail later.
After the case was transferred to CBI, he was arrested on the charges of 'abetment to suicide'.
It is alleged that Sooraj would physically and mentally abuse Jiah.
Jiah's mother Rabia Khan recently said that Sooraj called her dirty names and abused her as well.
